Frequently asked questions
Which days can I book a pickup?
Pickups run Saturday to Thursday in four three-hour slots between 10 AM and 10 PM. Fridays are closed, so they are greyed out in the date strip. You can book any day in the next two weeks, and slots that have already passed today are not offered.
Can I send my order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Build your order in the calculator, then tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. Your items, total, date, area and details are filled into the message for you, so you only need to press send, and the team replies in the same chat to confirm.
