Questions people ask before booking
What does The Grand Laundry Hub clean?
We specialise in the items that are hard to wash at home: carpets and rugs, including wool and silk, sofas and chairs, mattresses, curtains, duvets, blankets, baby strollers, baby car seats, shoes, handbags and travel bags. Every item is collected from your door and cleaned with a method chosen for its material.
Is pickup and delivery free in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We collect your items from your home or office and deliver them back free of charge anywhere in Abu Dhabi. When you book online you choose the pickup day from the next two weeks and a three-hour time slot between 10 AM and 10 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Normal carpets cost AED 12 per square metre and wool or silk rugs AED 25 per square metre. If you have several carpets, packages for carpets of any size start at AED 150 for 2 carpets, and the online calculator tells you automatically when a package works out cheaper.
Do you handle delicate fabrics like silk and wool?
Yes. Sensitive fabrics such as wool and silk rugs, silk curtains, leather sofas and designer handbags are cleaned with gentle, fabric-specific methods so they are cleaned safely without damage. Mention any antique, hand-made or very delicate pieces in the booking notes so the team is prepared.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. As well as homes, we serve businesses such as hotels, restaurants, gyms and offices, including industrial machine cleaning for larger carpet jobs. Business orders vary in size and access, so call or WhatsApp us with the details and the team will prepare a quote for you.
How do I book a pickup?
Open the instant price calculator, add your items and see the total immediately. Then pick a date and time slot, choose your area and enter your details to confirm. Prefer chatting? The same order can be sent to us on WhatsApp in one tap, or you can simply call.
