The terms that apply when you book cleaning, pickup and delivery with The Grand Laundry Hub in Abu Dhabi.
Bookings
A booking made on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp is a request for pickup. We contact you to confirm the date, time slot and items before collection.
Prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include basic service fees. Area-based prices (carpets and curtains) are calculated from the sizes you enter. If the items or sizes differ when we collect, we confirm the final price with you before cleaning.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are free within Abu Dhabi. Please make sure someone is available at the address during the chosen time slot, or tell us in the booking notes how to collect.
Condition of items
Please tell us about valuable, antique, designer or very delicate items, and about any existing damage, before pickup. Some old or set-in stains may fade rather than disappear completely; we will tell you if we expect this.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a pickup, contact us by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible before the chosen time slot.
